Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with all the specifications you selected for your doll. Please review it carefully and let us know if there are any issues so that we can make any necessary changes.

If you need to make any changes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. All dolls are made to order, and there is a limited window of opportunity to make changes once production begins.

Once your doll is molded and customized, we will send you updated photos and videos to ensure that it meets your expectations. We are happy to send as many pictures as you need.

When you are completely satisfied with the final product, we will ship your doll with DHL fast shipping. It should arrive within 5-9 days. Please be careful when inspecting the package upon arrival to make sure it has not been damaged in transit. If there are any issues, please take photos and videos and let us know immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For orders outside of the USA, we will handle any customs clearance issues that may arise and cover the costs. Shipping times may be slightly longer, ranging between 7 to 14 days.
